The BC long weekend is a special weekend in the Inner Harbour. This weekend falls right in the middle of summer. It is one of busiest weekends of the summer. The harbour will be host to the symphony splash. It fills up with thousands of classical music lovers on the Sunday. The Ship Point Market will be going all weekend long. It opens on Friday 6 pm to 10:30 pm. Saturday 10:30 to 10:30 pm. Sunday 10:30 to 10:30 pm and Monday 10:30 to 5 pm Expect to see some of our best buskers on the end of Ship Point like the O'Brians and Knackers Yard
Of course the weekend will attract lots of artist and buskers along the Inner Harbour. Expect to see over 150 performers, artist, food carts and trucks. Stretched from the Steam Ship Building all the way over to Ship Point Pier. Vending information can be found here.
This Firday the sound of thunder will fill the streets of Victora as hundred of Hodrods roll into town.

Over 50,000 people will visit the inner harbour this Canada Day long weekend.
Artist, Street performers, Musicians and Food carts will line the inner harbour from the Steamship building to the West end of ship point. Over 130 talented people will make this the best venue for people to shop, sit, listen and enjoy the sights and the sounds of the Inner Harbour.

The Busker Auditions will be held on Friday, April 19th starting at 12 noon. 12 buskers will audition for 2 openings on the causeway and 3 openings on Fisherman's Wharf. If you are in the harbour stop by and enjoy the talent. It is always a good assortmant of talented musicians.
The Swiftsure market starts tonight, May 24th. Located at the beautiful Ship Point pier (Victoria's inner harbour), the most scenic and highly photographed place in Victoria. Vendors range from artists, jewellers, and crafters, to musicians and food lovers and much more in between.
Enjoy the Swiftsure International Yacht Race, find the perfect Victoria-original gift for your friend or loved one, or relax with musical entertainment.

Calling all creative types. would you like to sell in the harbour. Applications are ready and we have 7 full time locations open this year. This includes the new new area by the Steam ship building. This new area will be located close the the V2V ferry and the CoHo ferry.
If you are a foodie and would like to have an area in the inner harbour all season long. We have 3 locations available for food carts this year. Applications can be found here

Before there was the Ship Point Market there was a loading ramp and docs. The market has definitely attracted more people to the area to enjoy the waterfront.
The City of Victoria and GVHA have invested into the pier to keep it alive and safe. Once this is done great things can happen once again on the pier.
On the other side of the harbour there is a group of historical buildings that are part of the E&N Railroad. This area is slated to become a marketplace by Bayview Properties, which is doing an amazing job at helping to shape a community. This Holiday season the Roundhouse is hosting it's 1st Holiday Market.
November 30, December 1st and 2nd are the dates of this event. Over 60 talented makers and artists will come together to help you celebrate this festival season by giving you the opportunity to buy local and handmade. You can't buy this in the malls or big box stores. MORE INFO HERE
